Only complete applications will be considered.
The following information must be provided.
1. A letter of intent must be submitted prior to your application.
This may be in the form of hard copy or by e-mail.
You will be notified if invited to submit an application.
2. Complete the Application Cover Sheet and submit with your narrative.
3. On a separate sheet (3 pages maximum) describe: ·
The purpose of your journey and what you hope to accomplish, ·
Include your destination and itinerary, · Be specific as to country, location,
and/or name of site to be visited.
4. On a separate sheet list your expenses for the journey and indicate other
sources of funding.
5. On a separate sheet provide a brief biography. · Indicate highest grade
level you have achieved, · Include current employment and work history.
6. Submit 2-3 letters of support.
